Who we are

VDigit LLC (“VDIGIT”) is a software development company building mobile, web and data products, registered in St. Petersburg, Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

The estimate form asks what you're building, your budget range and timeline, your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company and a message. We collect this only when you choose to submit the form.

We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to communicate with you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Advertising and analytics

This site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which pages people visit, how they arrived (for example, the ad click identifier and campaign parameters in the page address) and whether they submitted the form.

When you submit the form, a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address and phone number may be shared with Google Ads to measure conversions (“enhanced conversions”). We honour the Global Privacy Control signal, and we do not use your data for ad personalization unless you have agreed to it.

Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics and advertising tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered to our company email through our email provider and stored there. To protect the form from abuse we may process your IP address temporarily for rate limiting. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete it.

Third parties

We use third-party providers to run this site — including hosting, email delivery, scheduling and, where enabled, analytics and advertising measurement. These providers process data on our behalf.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, email hello@vdigit.biz and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
